"Lawrence Edward Foote, Jr." is a former American football linebacker, and a current assistant coach for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan Wolverines football/Michigan.

The guys always remind me of that. I wasn't ready. I think it was more physical but that was a long time ago. I learned a lot.
