Ninety-eight percent of the people that we talk to have no idea who the companies are that are going to start taking care of their prescriptions. They don't know even if they will have coverage on Monday. They don't know what they have signed up for.

The idea is good, the goal of getting seniors some help on the cost of their medication. I just don't think that it was well thought out, and I think that it was implemented too quickly. There are just so many factors. It's overwhelming, really.
