It is a reimbursement process. What happens is you pay for stuff up front and you bring in receipts to us, but you must have receipts or documentation and we reimburse you. We can't give money prior to the event.
We have informational meetings so that they can ask questions to make sure their stuff is turned in correctly the first time. I go through with every organization generally one on one that night. They then have to have one representative at the budget meeting.
This semester has been worse than other semesters. I am a senior taking three 400 level math classes, so I cannot predict when I will be in.
We're all going to hang out afterwards, so it's going to be fun.
