Two games will be fine for him, ... You're just concerned about his timing. Coming out in hitting shape.

It's been a tough year, no doubt about it. I'm not afraid to say that. The offense hasn't fired on all cylinders. If you don't have 11 guys working in unison, you can't sustain a drive. That's the greatest part of the game.

The man molded me, scolded me, preached to me and taught me just about everything I learned about football.

As I have previously indicated, I accept complete responsibility for those specific actions that did not exemplify the highest standards of judicial excellence.

Tom Brown will live with all of us. He certainly will live with me.

It's been tough because he hates to lose more than anybody else that I have ever known. Those six games were rough. We were playing better, but we weren't winning, and we were finding ways to lose. But he didn't lose hope.

We hope to do very well, ... If the [corners] can hold up, then we can do a lot more with the people inside. The more 'man' you can play, the better off you are. You can do a lot of things. You can turn people loose up front. You don't have to worry about the guys on the outside. So if they hold up like we think they can, then we'll be a better defense.
