We went into this thinking we'd see 2,000 people total for both days. We've seen some awesome resumes today. I've been blown away by the type of employees we're seeing.

We've had a lot of people coming in looking for part-time work. We've also had a lot of out-of-town people in applying. The turnout has been just fantastic.

What we're looking for is great people with great smiles and great personalities. We've found a lot of great people, already. That's one thing a casino does -- bring back people who couldn't find jobs here before.
