This is a nightmare, and I am not against this development, but there is a right way and a wrong way. To put another development here without looking at traffic calming measurements would be ridiculous; to add insult to an open wound is being irresponsible.

Our growth is coming from the North Sea, and in Western Canada and the Gulf of Mexico and West Africa. We don't have that next major growth piece identified in Yemen at this point in time.
