The best thing to do is work with us, let us know there is a problem. If they've ignored their bill, the chances that we'll work with them are less. The biggest mistake they can make is to wait until April or May to contact us. We have to know there's some kind of problem.

We made a conscious decision to become more involved politically. It's kind of been an evolution of the process in which we recognized that not necessarily to get a seat at the table but to get someone's ear, to be able to be an influencer, if you would, to support candidates that support our objectives for our customers, that we were going to have to be more involved.

Customers who have an inability to pay but have been working with us through the winter need to contact us to make sure we are on the same page. If they've been making an effort to pay, we'll work with those customers.

If we had been close to normal temperatures the last half of December and January, we would have been looking at that 50 to 60 percent more than last year.
