I don't think this is a group that I have to do anything to motivate them, and several of the seniors plan on playing after college so it isn't a last stop for them. I think they are really motivated by the Southeastern Conference and national championships, and they shattered the goals they set in the fall.

As coaches, we like to think we are the only ones that matter, but it was amazing how our department as a whole worked together to get things working and cleared.
