Daniel from the first day was determined he was not going to be left [behind Robinson]. He's extremely competitive. We pretty much knew immediately he was going to be one of the top runners on the team.

I think he would probably be one of the top 15 runners in the state if he had gotten started early. He has a very strong desire to get better. He's a very hard worker and very determined. He has a lot of natural talent.
