We know we need to renovate Plantsville and South End but we are getting pressure to only do what the town can afford. We need to do what is educationally sound.

It is important that the issue be mentioned because the CIAC needs to take better steps when planning these events in the future. I would like to see better planning and judgment in placing spectators and better crowd control when things obviously get out of hand.
