We've been discussing it and we do know that there is stuff going on everywhere but we are wondering why there seems to be so many instances here.

No, there is no guarantee, but there is somewhere between that and just throwing up your hands and there is nothing I can do. Rather than pointing fingers, we need to change the culture of the town.

We don't know if it's because more people and parents are aware and less are in denial or if things have gotten worse. We're hoping that's not the case.

I think parents need to make that phone call and find out if your kid is really where they say they are and if a parent is home. We do have parents who say 'what I do is not your business,' but my reaction to that always is, but if my kid is at your house, it is my business.
