When you go to the table, you see a person who has no interest in the Akron Public Schools -- no stake. That's very bothersome.

It is our job each day to give the students of Akron our assistance in obtaining the best education possible.

We do deserve a fair contract, one that acknowledges the strenuous and demanding working conditions which are ever present in our jobs. Our members deserve to be treated with the same respect other employee groups receive.
