We are all proud and delighted for what he has achieved. He has improved much more than what we thought he would. Nobody had earlier thought he would take 500 wickets, but he has proved all of us wrong.

There is no doubt that he is the best spinner we have and we are all proud and delighted at his achievement.

Events like this serve as a platform as you don't know you have the talent unless you try, and once people try, only then will they know that they are good enough.

But, perhaps, it's where his greatness lies. He has been the most humble servant of the Indian cricket as he kept on chugging on without complaining. There came many despairing moments in his long and distinguished career, but he did not let it affect him. His enthusiasm is exemplary. He is as enthusiastic today as he was years back.

He is very focused, committed and determined. The effort that he has put in is simply unparalleled.
