We've just got to go and do what we've done for the last three years -- lace them up and work hard.

We made too many mistakes. I give Spartanburg all the credit for that. They didn't give us anything. From the start, I thought we played unusual for us.

We play every game to win. We try not to take anyone lightly. And this is Spartanburg.

As a coach, I don't know how surprised that you are, but you know how difficult it is to get here. It's always an honor to be here. But at the same time, they have continued to have the feeling inside that there's some unfinished business unless this game is won.

They've taken on that personality. I don't think that this game, in their mind, is any different than the first (title game) that we played. They've played like nobody thought we could do it and we're just out to prove we can.

I felt like Nikki all night long took the responsibility of the world on her shoulders. I hate that for her because she's had such an excellent career for us. We weren't the supporting cast that she needed to have against that pressure.

I think that every girl who plays at Dorman right now has a real desire to be a state champion. That's fortunate for us.

They're an excellent team and they have an awful lot of potential. They have an opportunity to be right back here.

We're going to have to take a different approach to it and hope we pick the right offense against their defense.
