"Jovon Johnson" is a Canadian football defensive back for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League. Johnson was the winner of the CFL's Most Outstanding Defensive Player Award in 2011, becoming the first defensive back to win the award in the league. He is also a two-time CFL All-Star and four time CFL East Division All-Star. In addition, he was a member of the 2007 Saskatchewan Roughriders season/2007 Saskatchewan Roughriders that won the Grey Cup, though he spent little time on the active roster and finished the penultimate game on the practice roster. He was also a member of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

The emotion we had Saturday was probably an all-time high from what I've seen before. When you're on the field and you look over to the sideline after a play and everybody's going crazy, that type of emotion is what we need each game. It sparks the way we play.

Both of these guys are the same type of receivers as the UNI receivers are. They're not the most physical when it comes to blocking. But . . . they can get downfield fast and they can make plays quick.
