The whole reason for moving into that larger facility is that we know the limitations of what we have now. The goal is to move in with our current programs and current staff and student population then ratchet up in small increments. We're going to need more funding to expand the program, and we want to do it carefully to manage it well. That's the goal.

It was a great deal. (Warehouse owner) Mark Wittig was great. He gave us a break on the price of the building, and gave us all the time we needed to purchase it. We couldn't have done it without him.
