It'll really clean up that area. Any community would be proud to have a product like Page Field Commons nearby. You look on that side of the road right now and then look on this side and there's no comparison so it'll be a good addition.

It's a great location. Nearly 50,000 cars pass by on U.S. 41. The complex also has access to the stoplight that services Sam's Club and Page Field Commons.
