It was very stressful doing the test itself with everybody video taping. With all those people there, it was very humiliating to have to prove myself even though I've done the job for 14 months with Interstate.

I think they tried everything they could to make me leave, from having me suspended for three months without pay and trying to weed me out that way, and then when I finally get my job back, they switch my job all around. ... I did what they asked me to do and I didn't complain.
