This is just how ridiculous and overreaching Democrats in Ohio have become.

It should make it a pretty clear race for the voters.

It's vitally important to the Republican Party as a whole, so I think that's why you see the president coming to Ohio to support Mike DeWine.

Even if we had somebody hand-picked who we wanted to replace Bob Ney, we couldn't do it anyway. But that's not the case. Bob Ney is our endorsed candidate.

Winning this race is important. It's important for the state of Ohio, but it's also important to maintaining our control over the Senate. It's vitally important to the Republican Party as a whole, so I think that's why you see the president coming to Ohio to support Mike DeWine.

Once again, Paul Hackett is making outrageous and abhorrent comments in order to get media recognition.

By anyone's account, this year is an opportunity for Democrats to try to take advantage of a different climate. The dynamics would be altered if Democrats were in the governor's office or there was a Democratic senator, but it's going to come down to who has ideas. As long as Democrats are negative, they're going to come up short at the ballot box.

Bob Ney is our guy.
