"John Harwood" is an American journalist who is the chief Washington, D.C./Washington Correspondent for CNBC. He is also a writer for The New York Times. He writes a weekly column entitled "The Caucus" that appears on Monday about Washington politics and policy. Before joining the Times, he wrote for The Wall Street Journal.

I don't think publishers should give things away for free, but I think cost simply has to be reduced. We will not do this unless the cost is 50 percent off or more from the hard copy.

I don't know any faculty who require pictures on Angel, but many faculty encourage students to do so, ... I'm one. It's important for me to get to know my students, and having their pictures helps a great deal.
