It's a question of whether they choose to put revenues into employee benefits or shareholder dividends, and I think their priorities are off base.

I don't think that the outcome at Sikorsky is some sort of signal to employers that they can just go ahead and reduce benefits. The next time, it's going to be a whole different set of circumstances, and it will happen the way it happens.

In the long run, the only thing that makes sense is to look at another way of providing health care.
