"John Harold" was a Liberal Party of Canada/Liberal party and Unionist Party (Canada)/Unionist member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was born in Brantford, Ontario and became a manufacturer.

He was elected to Parliament at the Brant (electoral district)/Brant riding in the Canadian federal election, 1917/1917 general election. After serving one federal term, the 13th Canadian Parliament, Harold left the House of Commons and did not seek re-election in the Canadian federal election, 1921/1921 general vote. He made one attempt to return to Parliament when he was a Liberal Party of Canada/Liberal candidate for Brant in the Canadian federal election, 1930/1930 federal election but lost to Franklin Smoke, the incumbent at that time.
