They were too feeble to be there. A lot of these women probably don't drive anymore. It just seems to me that they could've done it different. It's like so many things, nothing really works right that the government is doing.

There could surely have been a better way to handle this, rather than having people running back and forth, here and there, day after day, getting information for them. Why didn't they wait until the renewal date comes up? Why do I have to pay $18?
