We didn't have a true dining room at the enlisted club, so now they have a great dining facility to enjoy. The officers and officer retirees understand things are changing throughout the Air Force.

We are requesting that they remain separate except during special programs. So the officers will have an exclusive lounge at their old club as will the enlisted at their club.

We wanted to streamline our work force and be better able to meet our customers' needs. Most people coming here from other bases were quite surprised that we had two separate clubs because that's not the Air Force standard any more.

This co-location increases our capacity, especially for catering special functions. Since the co-location, we have done simultaneous parties of up to 300 each and we've catered single functions for as many as 1,000.
