I am not aware of any current source of funding for construction of an extension to Livermore; it's a difficult burden to overcome.
"Joel Keller" is a Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Board of Directors member, representing District 2. He was elected to that position in 1994. He has served as both President and Vice President of the board. He has also twice been mayor of Antioch, California, a city of over 100,000 residents.
