We are extremely pleased to reach this agreement with Mark Fox. He has done a great job in furthering the success of the University of Nevada basketball program on the court and in the classroom, and I look forward to seeing his continued accomplishments in the coming years.

Through further consultation and discussion, there is an improved understanding of flood control land needs and engineering requirements. This parcel will be key. Our determination is that selling the entire 60 acres will better achieve the goals of the regional flood management project.
