It's the way that she trains. She trains hard every day. She doesn't take a day off. It's definitely her work ethic that's made the difference.

We try to peak at the outdoor meet. We had some great performances today, and if we can carry those and get better in the outdoor [season]. Russellville won today, and they're in our conference, so they're the team to beat. We're just going to try and go after them.

They?re teaching these young girls how to act and how to perform and how to practice. That?s a great thing to have. I have a good group of seniors that are doing that.

She's always in the mix in those races. Now she's really in the mix. Stepping up a couple more seconds really makes a difference.
