There's not a team you can take a night off against.

I have a pretty good group of seniors. In our five games we've had at least three different leading scorers.

They refused to give in to the negative. They knew we could do better. I'd love to take credit for doing some fancy thing, but I can't. I can't give enough credit to the kids.

I'm trying to keep him around for the end (of games). Last year he'd foul out.

Even losing games, kids need to learn things. How little things can make a difference in life, like in basketball games. How to react from losing and don't quit. How they handled those situations says good things about their lives.

We had games where I played 12 kids, and at the minimum, I played nine or 10 every game.

For the most part, we did a pretty good job of getting the ball inside to the guys who were in good position to shoot it.

We had talked about the fact that we're going to start going deeper into our bench. I think against MCI, we basically played only nine kids, but we talked about how having a strong bench means we should be able to get up in people's faces a little bit and make them work a little harder.
