We would have basic kitchen smells. Depending on the time of year, it would be pumpkin pie, sugar cookies. Smells that would make the customer feel comfortable in the store.

We have some that make over $100,000 a year and some sales people make much less ... it depends on their talents and efforts. Our sales people are the highest paid in the industry because we expect more of them.

We are hoping for a second-quarter opening - possibly June.

It wasn't really a huge expense, but it was one that we couldn't justify.

They were hard workers and some of our top producers. These were low-key guys.
