The memo may say it's an international terrorism matter at the top, but when you read the text and the subject it's clearly an investigation of anti-war activity. They clearly tried to link terrorism to public dissent.

The documents say they were conducting some kind of investigation. That implies we were under surveillance simply because we were against the war. Our freedoms are being undermined.

I thought we had a great rally and a peaceful march. We really just wanted to come out and say peace is something that's part of America, and we're not going to let the FBI intimidate us.
