There's nothing growing, they're grazing what they can find, but there ain't much quantity or quality. We had that great January and February but March just shut things down (for grass production).
I do think, though, the chances of that happening are remote because we have the state veterinarian, who is keeping an eye out ... horsemen who are more vigilant, and we've got these precautions in place.
Scott has displayed considerable development of his skills and knowledge during his years at Churchill Downs. He has earned the trust of our horsemen and displayed a willingness to continue to grow and develop new skills and techniques.
