It's exciting for all the right reasons. I get tired of hearing, 'You guys always win.' We had a shirt a couple of years ago that said, 'If it looks easy, it's because it isn't.' These kids work hard all season and they earn the right to swim fast.

If you have thin skin, I don't know that you'd fit in with him, whether you are a veteran or a rookie. Some pitchers expect to be cuddled. Leo doesn't believe in that.
