The Woman of the Year Awards remind us of the value of gender diversity in the Hispanic economy, and this year's honorees are a real tribute to the achievements of Hispanic women throughout the United States.

Great leaders have impact, and no one illustrated that better than Gloria Molina. For two decades, she has promoted Hispanic political participation by example and advocacy.

Empowering the next generation of Hispanic women is a key priority for the U.S. Hispanic economy, and I can't think of a more inspirational and empowering event for aspiring Latina students than the Woman of the Year Awards.

We strongly believe that multiple platforms are essential in reaching an increasingly digital audience. We are living in a digital age, and if we want to connect with the next generation of Hispanic business leaders, we need to make our magazine available digitally.
