It's a fantastic building. In fact, we could fit into two floors of it.
We're not at a complete maximum. But if we keep getting items (at the rate) we have been, probably in two years we will be at a maximum.
I'd like to see it saved.
It's iron. It's shaped like a chair.
If after two years we decide we can't afford to maintain another property, we will wash our hands of it.
The fireplace with its grate remained intact until the time it was demolished.
