I talk to him once or twice a week. He's enjoying it, and he is learning a lot. He is tired, but that comes with being a college football player.

As a coach, it's hard to celebrate a loss. Yeah, we scored on Statesboro, but that is what we are supposed to do. We came up short a touchdown.

They all did great. It was good for the kids to go and see something other than what they were used to.

I'm proud of how the kids played. They were tough, just not good enough. We play to win.

If the kid has the ability to play at the next level, it is up to the coach to push that kid. I coached college ball, so I know what they are looking for.
