The thing that worked best was the thing I hated the most, keeping a diary. I absolutely loathed it. I didn't want to report that I ate a donut, so I didn't eat the donut. It was a way to make me skip things I should have skipped anyway.

He did not look good.

It came toward us going around in circles and then suddenly just dropped. It didn't look like he was landing.

It took a little while to get to eating the right things, but eventually I was able to. I had to figure out how to eat more vegetables, and incorporate them into cooking. I did a lot of experimenting on cooking without sodium, and learned to read labels pretty carefully because of all the sodium in everything.
