Last year's team, don't get me wrong, was an excellent team. I think the guys are a lot more dedicated, as far as commitment, coming out and getting the job done.

At first, we had that. But once they figured out, hey, if you earn your spot, it's yours, that kind of went away. I believe with the two different groups, the competition made everybody better.
