The fact that the house was already there was a critical component. It was a residential-looking house. The actual structure on the property that you see every day when you drive by is not going to change.

Once it?s in our hands, it?s public and anyone, another carrier, could request where those dead spots are and try to get it (a tower location) before them. They don?t want other competitors knowing that information.

I think that?s what Kit was driving at. We have so many of these, it might be good for city to determine where they should actually go. That way, it?s not an issue.

I don?t think there are any coverage concerns. Everything looks to be relatively covered in this area. It?s more about capacity.

The traffic generated would almost double what's on Joyce now. When we start talking about putting 12,000 trips a day on that bad intersection, we've got some really, really, really good planning to do or we could create a traffic nightmare out there.
