Once it went into overtime and if I could keep him at bay and it went into double overtime I knew I was going to win.

He came at me a lot more aggressive and kept me off balance. Thank god I was able to kept he pressure on him. The coach before match told me to just get your points and try and not wear yourself out.

I was disappointed. He was unbeaten. I didn't do what I wanted on top in my final.

I wanted to get a pin. Last year in my first match I was kind of off a little bit.

I'm definitely satisfied. With 57 kids in the weight class and I finished third in the nation, not too shabby. You take what you get. Not about to pout. It was my last high school match and I went out with a win.

This is everything almost. The first two-timer ever at the school. A great feeling because I know the coaches have been wanting one. I'm happy for them and me.

Brett watched him and said I shouldn't have too much trouble. I like the quarterfinals in the morning and the semifinals at night. It gives me a chance to relax and hang out with my friends. I'm a senior, so this is the last time.
