We're happy the people of Michigan will have the chance to vote on this in November. We expected that this would happen because we knew our opposition's arguments did not hold water.

I believe if something is unconstitutional 25 years from now it's unconstitutional now. I was treated differently based on my skin color. And that was wrong.
