I can identify with the character really well. The girl loses her father, and I didn't literally lose my father, but figuratively I did.

I thought the combination on the 9-ball was also a safety shot. I wasn't sure if she played a carom to make the next shot.

I normally use as Predator cue stick and a Stinger jump stick, which I was able to borrow from a pool hall manager in New York. But, it's still difficult getting used to these new cues, which may be a reason for my poor play.

That was the idea for the shoot and they never asked for anything further.

Sometimes you play really well and lose anyway, so I am never upset about that.

The players ahead of me certainly deserve the press, and I understand where animosity will come. But because I am doing this, it is going to open more doors for them. Put the game out there in the spotlight and hopefully bring everyone more recognition.

Usually, for me, when I get through that first match the nerves go away and I can get into a groove.

I used to start all kinds of sports with my husband and he was always better than me. It was supposed to be fun, but I am really competitive and he's really competitive.
