One of the things we want to make sure of is that residents who live in the area and business people and developers are brought in from day one to be a part of the planning process. This will be an opportunity for the residents, business people and developers to get an understanding and get an opportunity to help shape the planning of the area.
It is a great example of the two counties coming together to create a public facility that serves the central Triad area.
These people are coming in from the outside. They are experts in their fields with no loyalties and no preconceived ideas. They are going to look at the existing situation and gather comments from the people.

As long as I've been here it has been a tax-rate town. It doesn't focus on the quality of services, it doesn't focus on ... right or wrong, it is the tax rate.
