Obviously we're touching a nerve.... I would see (the Patriot Guard) as a perpetual group of people who get together for a very long time -- definitely outlasting the protesters.

Each one of us holding a 3 by 5 american flag and as the procession leaves, you know, saluting the hearse. Just really letting the family know and providing some comfort that yes, america really does care about their loss.

As a country we shouldn't have to legislate common decency, but through the actions of this group, they've proved there should be an exception to the rule.
