We're very pleased with the result. We got unanimous approval and we'd like to see the project move forward.
Four of the mansions will be on the market this year. Because they are national landmarks, there are tight restrictions on modifications owners can do to the exterior of the mansions.
Obviously, this is a new issue and not something that was anticipated. We're going to have to wait and see and take a look at the program the city comes up with ... Once we have a better idea of what that program will be, we can make our decision on that.
We remain committed to the project.
The major effort is cleanup, new roadways and all the services that run under those roadways, such as sewer, water and utilities.
