Tom is an unselfish player who doesn't care who gets the points as long as he is helping the team. He's one of the hardest workers on the team and I think that is shown in how his overall game has developed.

I have to pull him back sometimes in practice and tell him to get some rest. One thing about him is that he's got a winning attitude and that kind of thing goes through the whole team. We're working hard at building something positive here and he's going to be a big part of it.
