NMCRS is an incredibly important safety net for our Sailors and Marines, both active duty and retired, and their families. Everyone has temporary emergencies, bad things happening to good people, but not everyone has the financial savings to take care of them without help.

What helps one Navy family helps the Navy, what helps one Marine family helps the Corps. We are all family. I hope that those who are involved with donating money to the fund drive know that it is needed, and that those involved in volunteering their time to the fund drive know that their work is important to both NMCRS and the Navy and Marine Corps.
