You have to feel comfortable where you're working out to stick with it. Other women that are working out at Curves are dealing with the same issues, so we can help each other get through it and encourage each other to keep going.

You get a complete workout in 30 minutes. At the YMCA or the Wellness Center I have to lift weights and then run after. It takes an hour or an hour and a half, and I just don't have the time for that.
