We're here to capture the synergy that was created by the Super Bowl and the construction of Ford Field and Comerica Park. We plan on rotating exhibitions that would visit the Hall -- like motor racing, football and baseball.

We are negotiating a final lease with the owners of the building. We have some details still to work out, but the momentum is there. We could have the new Hall of Fame ready within 12 months.
