It gives you a sick feeling in your stomach to go through the museum - to go from one part to another and to read some of the stories. Is it really meeting the need? No, it's not adequate enough. You can only raise private rates so high. It's difficult to keep things afloat with everyone wanting great care and no one willing to pay for that.
