Youngster year he lost a real close decision. Last year he won Nationals as a second class and got the outstanding boxer award. Hopefully he will repeat again this year.

This plebe is a good kid. She is actually a black belt in judo, so she has a combative background. She is tough.

It just shows that if we play to our ability, we can play with anybody. We moved the ball around, we found the open man and we took it to the rim. We came out energized and played as hard as we could the whole game.

There is a lot at stake for the midshipmen because they all want to be a champion. These guys work hard. They all want to get their name on a plaque and become part of the Navy boxing history here.

I posted up and the guards did a nice job with their passes. We worked it inside-out from there.
